Final delivery will be made after full or agreed payment.
5. Delivery Timeline
Project timelines are estimated and depend on the scope of work.
Delays caused due to incomplete information or changes from the client side are not our responsibility.
6. Revisions & Modifications
Limited revisions may be provided as per agreement.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
7. Confidentiality
All client data and project details are kept strictly confidential.
We do not disclose any information without client consent.
8. Intellectual Property
Ownership of the final program may be transferred to the client after full payment, unless otherwise agreed.
We retain the right to use general coding practices and non-confidential knowledge.
9. Limitation of Liability
Shivay Business Hub is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the software.
Clients are responsible for proper implementation and usage of delivered programs.
10. Cancellation Policy
Projects once started cannot be canceled without valid reason.
Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
